How payment works
Simple manual payments, checked by a real person
Choose a plan
Sign in as your studio's administrator and open Billing.
Pay the exact amount
Send it through GCash, Maya or Bank transfer. The account details are shown inside Billing.
Upload your receipt
Enter the reference number and attach a screenshot or PDF of the receipt. It's stored privately.
We verify it
Our team checks the payment manually. You'll see the status in Billing, and your plan activates once it's approved.
There is no automatic card billing. A receipt or reference number alone doesn't activate a plan; only our verification does.
FAQ
Questions studios ask us
Does every team member need to pay?
No. The subscription belongs to your studio. Staff you add join under it and never see billing details or receipts.
What happens if my subscription ends?
You get a 7-day grace period to renew. After that your studio becomes read-only until you renew. Nothing is ever deleted: your boards, files, attendance and chat history stay intact.
Can other studios see our work?
No. Each studio is completely separate. Boards, files, attendance records and chats are only visible to people in your own studio.
How long does payment verification take?
Payments are checked by hand, so it isn't instant. You can follow the status in Billing at any time.
When can I sign up?
Self-service sign-up is opening soon. If you already belong to a studio, sign in with the account your administrator gave you.
