What we store

Account details (name, username, email), the work your studio puts into COSMO BOARDS (boards, tasks, comments, review videos and feedback, files, chat messages), attendance records, and the details of manual payments you submit, including receipt images and reference numbers.

Why

To run the service for your studio, to keep accounts secure, and to verify manual payments.

Who can see it

People in your studio, according to their role. Platform administrators can see billing records and payment receipts only to verify payments; they don't open your boards, files, attendance or chats.

How long we keep it

While your studio account exists. Payment records are kept as financial records. Nothing is deleted automatically when a subscription ends.
